A collaborative think tank project completed for a developer planning to erect a community outside of Hanover, New Hampshire. Development of this community plan took into consideration traffic patterns, terrain, weather and sun patterns, as well as the potential for geothermal heating centers connected to multiple housing and commercial centers.
